Foreclosures are ugly. Assuming you aren’t just a nasty person, no one wants to see anyone lose their home to foreclosure. However; unless we choose to bury our head in the sand and pretend they don’t exist, then if you are even remotely interested in the Phoenix real estate market you need to understand what’s happening in the foreclosure side of things.
